About Massiel
Growing up, my parents taught me the value of hard work, and never giving up no matter what life throws at you. Immigrating from Cuba at a very young age was a culture shock which made me stronger and forced me to create opportunities for myself and become independent. I learned that I had the power to create my own future, and discovered my passion for innovation and creativity to pursue the American Dream. I have been fortunate enough to have a strong and united Army of family and friends that support my goals and decisions.
Immigrating to Las Vegas, the city of lights and tourism, I got the opportunity to work in high paced environments that perfected my communication skills and my ability to multitask. I have worked in various positions within the customer service industry and have taken on leadership positions in over 10 companies. These experiences have prepared me and helped me become the woman I am today. You can say I was blessed with a gift of resourcefulness and responsibility.
In 2017, I met the love of my life who has been my rock and support system and shares mutual goals of success in life, while helping others accomplish their goals and dreams as well. I’m a strong believer in fate and truly feel that everything happens for a reason. I believe that is what brought Andrea Esse and Isaac McFadden into my life. Andrea has given me opportunities that have allowed me to develop and perfect skills that have made me earn my position as vice president of LUX WORKS Lounge. I’ve been able to express my creativity, follow my passion to help others, and bring innovative ideas to life. I can confidently say that I have made those around me proud and have accomplished my goals for the American dream and now it’s my turn to help others achieve theirs.
